Sim has helped hire over 150 people leaders, resulting in strong conviction in the meaningful difference an effective CPO can make. MAZI was born out of Sim’s fundamental belief in people and the motivation to have maximum impact through their work in the People Leadership ecosystem.

Jessie has over 15 years experience as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager. Combined with a BA in Psychology and a love for travel that has taken her all over the world, Jessie brings a range of skills and broad perspective to the team and leads Operations at MAZI.
